Q: How do I arrange a vehicle movement?

A: Either send us an e-mail or fax, or simply telephone us. Advise us what type(s) of vehicle you want us to move, where you want us to collect from and deliver to. You need to tell us if there are likely to be access restrictions or if we will need to use a transporter with winch-on facilities. Normally we collect and deliver within four to five working days but if you require a timed delivery or by a certain date, you also need to tell us this. We can then give you a price and if acceptable, you send us confirmation of your order by e-mail or fax using our order form or by submitting details to us on-line.

Q: At what point do you take responsibility for vehicles you transport?

A: Normally, and unless other terms and conditions are agreed in advance, this will be at the point of handover when our driver signs for the vehicle collection, having already made a visible check of the vehicle and noted and agreed with you any discrepancies or existing damage. Likewise, we remain responsible for the vehicle until the consignee signs to accept delivery of the vehicle. Unless special arrangements are made beforehand, we cannot be held responsible for claims for damage or discrepancies not noted on the proof of delivery form at time of delivery.

Q: How do I pay for vehicle movements?

A: Most of our customers have accounts with us and if you are likely to use us on a regular basis, we recommend that you open an account with us. Otherwise, payment is required on collection or delivery. We do not accept card payments.

Q: Do you transport static caravans?

A: We transport touring caravans and motor-homes but not static caravans. However we do know a haulier who undertakes this type of work and we can put you in touch with him on request.
